It has been warm through today. The snows on Mt. Fuji have been little even in December. People on streets in Tokyo are walking without wearing coats or jackets during day time. I show you pictures of Mt. Fuji in this winter in the order of dates. Snows on the mountain never increased.

In the afternoon I went for shopping at Ameya Yokocho, Jimbocho and Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi. I did see fewer crowds than usual.

I have completed my counter measures against Y2k. A few friends recommended me to have an oil stove, but I decided not to buy it because I betted on that the power line would not have trouble. I have prepared myself against troubles of water supply (my house is on the top of hill), banks and financial institutions and food supply.
