This evening, I attended a year end dinner meeting of Kurosunakai. We agreeded to take a photo of us this evening commemorating the year end of 1999 because people of our age might die at any moment.

After dinner, we studied our second trip to Nepal, forgetting our ages. ( Professor Pramodo and his wife who came to Tokyo five weeks ago, and Ambassador of Nepal to Japan and his wife recommended us to make our second visit there next fall.)

Mr.Tatsuro Matsuoka, who was elected among us as a tour conductor, brought a draft of itinerary for our trip in details as shown in the right picture. After studying it, we concluded that we will leave on October 29, Sunday and will be on trip for eleven days. We fly over to Pokala directly from Kansai airport via Kathmandu in a day. After playing golf on the second day, we take helicopter flight to Jomson, 2734 meters high from sea level, and stay there three nights. After returning to Pokala we take jeeps to Lumbini, the birth place of Buddha. Each of us will be able to make a choice of hotels, either a high grade one or a mountain cottage hotel.
