We enjoyed the fine and comfortable autumn weather yesterday and today successively. I went out to see the snow capped Mt. Fuji early this morning.
After I took shots of Mt. Fuji from Otome mountain pass, I drove up to the fifth station of Mt, Fiji.

I walked up to a mountain cottage at sixth station from a parking lot at fifth station. When I tried to go up to the volcano cave of Mt. Hoei, a stiff breeze brought up dark clouds and covered all the way to the valcano. The visibility bacame almost zero. I gave up my plan and coming down to the fifth station. On my way, the clouds cleared up and I could see a radar dome on the top of the moutain.
I met a few people who brought their dogs to the moutain. Dogs on two left pictures were carrying water bag under their berries. Dogs were taught to carry water for their own use. No supply of water come from their masters while they are on moutains. They were trained to become mountain dogs.
