It was the last Sunday of summer holiday season. As it was fine from morning, I started to drive up to Kiyosato Highland in spite of big crowds of vehicles. The Futaba service area was crowded just like a festival of shrine or something like that.

It was said to be the finest day at Kiyosato during this summer. I could see the whole view of Yatsugatake mountains, Mt. Fuji and Southern Alps.

Although I came over here a few times, I enjoyed Kiyosato highland for the first time with clear air and wonderful view of sky and mountains. A waiter of hotel restaurant where I took lunch taught me a new toll road to get Chuo Express Highway without passing through old national high way No. 20. On the way I stopped at a view point near a newly built bridge (shown in down right picture.) The view of Yatsugatake mountains was magnificent. I could get to Nagasaka Interchange and then to the Express Way.
