Last night I did not use room coolers at all, keeping windows and doors open. I could sleep well with night breeze. In the morning, I felt very comfortable. Yes, it was a success.
Early this morning I had a call from a friend in California. As the new pages of Travel Diary had not come out these days, she was wondering I might suffer from sick or something like that. The pages of English edition were delayed a few days but the delay was recovered today. In the afternoon I got an e-mail from London reporting the Diary was interesting because of the latest information about life in Japan. The renewal of English edition which started from the beginning of this month might begin to bring good effects. I will make efforts to have better pages. Thank you.
This evening I went to Ginza for walking. When I went out to the Harumi street from subway, I happened to see a small group of men and girls were doing something. When I looked them closely, they were adjusting and testing a hidden video camera put on a black shoulder bag. Although I wanted to take shots of them, I refrained myself from taking shots because they might menace me if I did.

Many news camera men carrying big and heavy professional video cameras on their shoulders are making on the street interviews with passerbyes. |
But there are suspicious men among them who look like media people carrying big professional cameras. On one Sunday of Walking, a group of men was taking video with professional camera which was set on the center of the Ginza street of every people passing by for long hours. When I tried to take these men, most of them turned to the other way not to show their faces. Some people carrying hidden camera as I told you are trying to take sneak shots on something. Pedestrians on Ginza street must be careful about video cameras.
