In New York, it is a hundred degree Fahrenheit. Although it is the rainy season now, the weather in Tokyo is fine and comfortable, not too warm, not too cool. In the evening, I went to Ginza and walked around the Ginza street. I started from Higashiginza station where I got off from the subway and walked up to Uchisaiwaicho station through Ginzayonchome, Sukiya Bridge and Hibiya park, enjoying the cool weather at the time of sun-set. On the way, I dropped in "Hageten" restaurant and took a bowl of tempura which was famous for good taste but reasonable price.

Usually there were many homeless people at the underground corridor from Higashiginza station to Ginzayonchome. But I did not see any of such people today.

The center of corridor is fenced with stainless pipe so that no one can lay down. So we can enjoy arts in the wall windows

This is the first time for me to see the illuminated fountain at Hibiya park.

The fountain looks rather poor because it is mono colored, not colorful and the height of jet is not high enough. I was rather disappointed as I imagined it would be extravagant. Instead I was impressed by lights of government buildings in the late evening.

When I turned back to see the rear after I took shots of the fountain, I saw many people sitting on benches silently, holding vinyl sheets and cardboards. I thought that the mere enforcement of government rescue plan had its limit.

At Uchisaiwaicho cross, there was a building which was much brighter than the neighboring buildings. I thought it must be a building of "Chogin", a bankrupted bank. I was wondering who were working there late in the evening.
