* It was very fine from early morning. The sunflowers in a pot which was set on the roadside were in blossom. Mr. and Mrs. "Y", who live across from my home, grew them from young plants. I was not aware of them as sunflowers until they were in blossom. Due to their voluntary efforts, there were beautiful flowers always at the roadside without a pause.

* The weather station said that it would be fine with the strong west wind. As it was too fine for for staying at my home, I drove out to the Yamashita park in Yokohama after months. Once I suffered from the sand storm at the Katase beach when it had strong west wind. So I selected the Yamashita park because it would not have troubles from strong wind. I arrived at the Yamashita park by taking general highways at past 10 o'clock. When I entered the public parking lots at the west end of park, I found a long waiting line was being made behind me as many vehicles were coming continuously.

It had no wind at all on the contrary to the forecast. The sky was clear and blue as it hard rains and winds during the last night. It was really comfortable to take a walk in the park.

I have been here many times, but it was the first time for me to be able to see the other side of harbor as it was so clear today. The flocks of sea gulls catched baits in air, throwned by children. A foreign street performer played magic in front of infants who sat on ground to watch him.

From the east end of park, the Bay Bridge could be seen well.

I came back to my home past three o'clock. It was really an enmjoyable day for me.
