* Before noon, I went to the Yaesu Book Center near the south exit of JR Tokyo station. When I asked a service guide to get me a back number of monthly magazines, she found it from their big inventory.

* The store has a special shelf for commentaries of the Pacific War. I browsed through them and found following two things: (1.) The acceptance of Potsudam Declaration was formally decided following the Emperor's will at a Court Meeting held on August 9, 1945 at the front of Emperor. (2.) Several hours after the decision was made, Mr. Toshio Mizui, my room-mate at the board of high school, was ordered to make a suicide attack against enemy transports. There were two books which wrote a bit about Mr. Mizui's attack. But although I-58 submarine could carry two sets of human torpedo ( as its commander mentioned to U.S. Navy when he was called to the military court as a witness of prosecutor right after end of war), it was assumed from these books that it carried three sets at least. I could not be convinced from their articles.
