Yesterday I reported that professor Toru Sasaki's diary on his homepage was interesting. At noon time today, I received a phone call from him that he read yesterday's page of my Travel Diary and that he added a bit on his today's page. Immediately I opened his homepage and found a report on a top executive of Chinese personal computer manufacturer. He led his company by making the utmost efforts to promote the service for consumers. I think this report is very helpful in managing manufactures or sales companies. I am afraid that Japanese enterprises will be swallowed into Chinese or Korean companies soon. They are making the utmost efforts which Japanese never think of. The Japanese way of management up to now is to make every employee to work on his /her best, That is not enough any more. A powerful leadership of top management is needed. The restructure of national economy is important but the renovation of individual companies is urgently required.
