* This morning, a service staff of a dealer was sent to my home and he changed a map disc on my car-navigator to a newly issued one. It was priced \13,125 including consumption tax, much lower than the former one. It took five days since I tried to get a piece of DVD disc. There must be something wrong about their procedures. Even though everyone related this business tried their best, the results were far from the consumer's satisfaction. There must be flaws in their system. If they do not any good action to cope with the troubles, the CS will not be improved.

* Professor Toru Sasaki's diary, about which I referred in this diary a few times, carries his sharp and smart comments on latest news these days. I hope you will open it by clicking here. You will have his homepage ( it has no English edition, only in Japanese.) On its cover page, you will see at the out of bottom frame "Latest News Sasaki Eye", a title of his diary, and a small picture of his face. From there you will see his diary continuously written everyday in small letter. The Japanese governments have tried to help Daiei ( a super market chain ) by all means, although people do not know why they wished to rescue it. Professor Sasaki visited its Imaike store in Nagoya city and he was astonished by finding that the shop was untidy. The governments announced repeatedly that even the huge enterprises are not safe enough under the severe renovation plan of deflation economy. There are very excellent super market stores other than Daiei like Ito-Yokado or Jacks. Even if Daiei becomes out of business, it will have no effects on civilian daily life. If they try to rescue banks which wrongly invested to Daiei too much by helping Daiei alive, I am afraid it is unreasonable to help it.

* When I went to the Tokyo Kyosai Hospital yesterday, I found its Medical Cooperation Room was quite an effective function. When Doctor Namiko Sumi of the National Cancer Center Tokyo Hospital wrote an introduction letter for me to Doctor Yoshiya Yamazaki, I called the hospital's receptionist, but my call was transferred to the other section. After I was asked my full name, date of birth and address, they referred me to the Cancer Center Hospital and confirmed that I myself was on the phone. I was told that they will get my medical reports directly from my hospital. They reserved a date and time of consultation with Dr. Yamazaki for me. And I was told to come to the Medical Cooperation Room with the introduction letter and my health insurance card. I was not demanded to have my medical card of the Kyosai Hospital beforehand. Thus I could complete the reservation of consulting doctor only by a phone call ( I had to call the hospital continuously for about thirty minutes before I was connected, as their phone was busy.) Yesterday afternoon, I went to the hospital on the reserved time. I found a window of Medical Cooperatation Room at the entrance hall on the first floor of the main building. I was issued a medical card of the hospital without any delay. The only letter I wrote with pencil is my phone number. Then I was guided personally by a stuff to the reception of surgical division on the second floor.
