A field overseer and two crafts men arrived at my house after 8:30 this morning. They put hand rails on the stairs and also hand bars in the bath room. Both of them were completed quite well. They never looked like that those were installed years after the house was built. TOTO, a Japanese manufacturer of ceramic sanitary equipments and plumbing hardware, put on market the parts of hand rails and hand bars. But as the stairs of my house turned 180 degrees at its middle, it was not easy task to connect the rails well. It required great skill to cut holes into the tiled bath walls. Hand rails were attached firmly so that they never move even though I hang down from them. After their works were finished in evening, they cleaned the bath room and the stairs. They brought back all trashes. Their excellent professional skills and sincere efforts have made our lives comfortable. I am very much obliged to them, Thank you,
