Although it was very hot, I went to the Isogo Country Club and played one round together with Mr. Ryuzo Sato and Mr. Hideo Kitagawa ( an about sixty years old member joined us.) The other day I was told from Doctor "T"that golf players should take at least two litters of Pocari Sweat during a round. I took today 2.5 litters (the other day I took only 500cc for a round. I got cramp in my legs for a few days.) So I could finish a round safely. But to say the truth, I got much tired compared with the other day. It had strong winds and was dry last time, but it was quite contrary today. Even in afternoon, sea breeze was weak and I felt it was much warmer than the other day.

Mr. Sato said he walks 5 to 10 km a day. About a year ago, when he joined a group tour to east Canada, he became the so-called economy class syndrome and suffered from a big ache on west. A doctor tried to take out ache by pulling spinal cord or something like that. But the doctor could not get good results at all even after a year. His brother, a medical doctor, advised him that the troubles might be caused by the insufficient of blood flow. At a hospital specialized in heart disease and blood flow, he was inserted a balloon into his tube and he was cured by inflating it. Right after the treatment, he has recovered his health to play golf. Since that time, he realized the necessity of exercise. So he walks everyday, he said.

I got back to my home by four in afternoon, and I tried to take a nap. But it was eight o'clock when I waked up. After I took a simple meal and saw TV for a while, I went to bed again and slept till the next morning.
