Romantic Trip in Europe (Part 3)

                            Ichiro Kitano

Jungfrau Joho

I went up to see a famous peak in Alps of Switzerland. At Grindelwald (1834m), I changed a bus to a mountain train. Then at Klein Scheidegg (2061m), a midway station, I took another train. At the back of this station, I saw Mt. Jungfrau (4158m) and also the Eiger-Nordwand (Northwall of the Eiger, 3970m). Ref. bottom pictures (8) and (9.)

When I arrived at Jungfrau Joho (3454m,) the terminal station, I enjoyed a beautiful view of womanlike Jungfrau (4158m) and also saw the glacier with my own eyes.

The area around here was registered as a "World Heritage" by UNESCO. Ref. bottom pictures (11) and (12).

As I was on the highest railroad station (3454m) in Europe, I was issued a certificate of it. Ref. right picture (13).
