The consulting doctor of this morning was Dr. Yoshinori Ito of radio therapy division. I had the radio therapy nine times until this morning. I asked how the condition of my body would be when the therapy was finished. But he said it was too early to forecast the results.
It was the exceptionary good weather this morning although it had continued good weather for a few days. From the restaurant on 19th floor of the hospital building, I could see white Mt. Fuji very clearly at the north side of Tokyo Tower. The view of Mt. Fuji was bigger than imagined. It would be caught by my small digital camera, but unfortunately I forgot to bring it on this particular morning.
On my way back, I stopped at the Hama-rikyu Gardens. Unfortunately, the garden office building was under remodeling so that I could not purchase instant camera.

Please refer the following explanation about the garden (it was quoted from an official brochure.)

Just after I entered the garden, I was surprised to see a big black pine tree. The tree is said to have been planted 300 years ago by the 6th shogun Ienobu when the garden was extensively renovated. Since that time, gardeners, generation after generation, took care of this tree. Due to their efforts, it looks like a fall coming down from a top of mountain. Its big branches are supported by a few wooden pillows. The dark green pine leaves was shining with a morning sun. It was really a magnificent view.
I could get a instant camera at a small shop near the pond and started to take pictures with it (after I got home, a camera shop near my home made one hour developing and printing service for me. )

At a pond within the garden, there were herds of wild water birds such as ducks, sea gulls or cormorants. Among them, cormorants were the most active, flying low over the water surface and caught skillfully small fishes. Sea gulls are competing each other to fly high in sky, some of them climbing higher than the tower of Cancer Center hostpital building and gliding high in sky leisurely.

From a berth, I took a water bus to Asakusa which went under 12 bridges on the Sumida River.
