The red Tokyo tower distinguished itself from the surrounding houses and streets, reflecting afternoon sun. But he complained about many minor troubles of the latest models of personal computers. Even though the governments are going to take actions to promote intelligence technology in Japan to the top level of the world, the reliability of machine as well as the good use of machine should have been drastically improved first. As more than ninety percent of information we get through internet is in English, we, Japanese, should make efforts to master reading and writing in English. This is our suggestion to those who are conducting to promote IT. |
