In morning I went to banks in Ohtemachi. On my way back, I was surprised to find two high rise buildings were under construction near Shiba park. These days the congestion on streets in Minato-ku has become heavier day by day. The hard competition among Metropolitan developers without taking any action to increase traffic capacity is nuisance to residents there. |
