It was a fine day from early morning and I saw an autumn blue sky from my home. It was transparent and beautiful. In morning I enjoyed the 100 year old birthday concert by Philadelphia Philharmonic Orchestra broadcasted by BS digital. Maestro Wolfgang Sawallish, whose hairs became white but looked young and energetic, conducted Bach's Toccata and Fugue orchestrated by Stokowski (The music was played by Stokowski in a movie titled as A Girl in Orchestra.) Andrey Watts, piano solo, grown in Philadelphia, played Rachmaninoff's concert with the maestro. The concert was magnificent and appropriate to this memorial occasion. When it finished, all audiences, wearing black ties or dresses, stood up and began a standing ovation for long minutes. "Happy birthday to you" was sang in by all persons there. The birth day concert of orchestra would be played at big cities in world later. They will come to Tokyo soon.

Although it was a fine day, I delayed to a chance for going out from the Metropolis. Every express way was congested and every resort was crowded. But when I checked a route to Wakasu Golf Resort, where a Kurosunakai golf match is held on the coming Monday, by Prius's car navigation, I found no congestion mark on a route, crossing the rainbow bridge but not riding on express way, The place was rather far from my home and it took forty minutes to get there. As turfs on golf course were becoming brown from green, they looked not so beautiful. But the surrounding sea, reflecting blue sky, was shining brilliantly. I took a few shots of sea as a weather station said it would rain on Monday. After I took a cup of coffee in a restaurant inside the club house, I left the place and came back to Yaesuguchi of JR Tokyo Station by taking the express way. As the returning traffic on Saturday evening did not start yet, it took only thirty minutes to get to the station. The underground food shops were very crowded.

Yesterday morning, I was told by Doctor S at T hospital the result of RI. He said that no transfer of cancer to bones was found, showing me a transparent photos. But I received a post card from Mr. U, a classmate, informing me that he has the prostate cancer just like me. The card was written by a computer at his hospital. He added the cancer had transferred to bones. Mr. Y, another class mate, had a surgical operation on the prostate cancer. Those who became our age (born in 1923 or 1924) are apt to have the sickness. Good medicines and excellent treatments are developed faster, I expect.
