The U.S. Presidential Election results would not be clarified soon. Some people began to have misgivings that the confusion would bring negative effects on U.S. economy. From several months before the election, U.S. economy has been going down month by month. For example, the new vehicle inventory at auto dealers has been increasing month by month from several months ago and it reached 71 days at the end of October which was more than the five year average (shown in the following table made by Merrill Lynch.)

Then the extraordinary troubles happened. If it takes a great deal of time to overcome the troubles, U.S. economy might have the unusual troubles. We have to watch it closely and also make efforts to clear away its negative effects on Japan economy.

I took a walk from Azabu Jyuban where I took a lunch to Tameike.

The barbecued eel on rice at Yatsume Unagi restaurant near to the entrance of Jyuban shopping street was very delicious. The master said he used charcoals for oven and made efforts to get best eels. He is proud of his cooking. He would never be defeated against big eel houses, although his place is small. It is my recommendation.

At Roppongi, a big Metropolis Redevelopment Project is going on being promoted by Mori Biru Co.(one of the biggest real estate companies in Japan.) Mr. I, a class mate, has been involved in the project from the very beginning (about twenty years ago) as one of land owners. Although I came to the construction sight, I could not identify the place where he had his home.
