When I asked the attglobal customer service for help to improve the poor connection to telephone line, she told me the best phone number which is comparatively easy to get among their five access numbers in Tokyo. Furthermore I visited the Sony Service Station in Akihabara with a newly bought Vaio. A consultant adjusted it to have easier connection. All these efforts resulted in that the Vaio can connect with outside line within three trials after it starts to call.

In afternoon, I visited Mr.Nakamura at Kawaguchiko with a new and an old Vaio. He discovered that the disappeared receiving mail file was alive in the machine. When he moved this to the new Vaio, the received mails became readable. Therefore, the cause of trouble on the old machine was supposed to be a partially break down of Microsoft. He keeps the old Vaio at his hands for a while and makes efforts to restore its function. |
Furthermore he set the new Vaio to link Rosenet. Thus it became possible not to use telephone line for receiving mails. Thus the restoration of machine as well as mails has become possible.
I left Kawaguchiko for Tokyo at about eight o'clock and took the Chuo Express Way. The congestion on the highway was cleared by the time. I drove through the super express way smoothly as usual. But I became very sleepy and stopped at Ishikawa service area and took a nap for about one hour and a half. It was eleven o'clock, when I arrived at my home.
