I switched on TV, right after I got up at about four o'clock this morning. I found that BS digital hi-vision was broadcasting classical music. NHK recorded in digital the Waltbyure Outdoor Music Festival held on June, 1997, with a cooperation from a German broadcasting station. Maestro Zubin Metha conducted the Berlin Symphony Orchestra. Daniel Barenboim played piano. The concerto started from Chopin and then to light musics such as Mussorusky or Rimsky Korsakov. Reacting to the music, audiences swung sparklers in hands. Then they started to beat time with the hands. Some of them stood up and stamped their feet on the ground. When the concerto finished, they made long standing ovations. With clear pictures and four way high quality sounds, I enjoyed the festival at my home together with people there.

As I confirmed Monet's operation on my computer yesterday, I put my ID and pass word into Monet installed on my Prius. But I failed to log-in. Immediately I drove down to a dealer's service and asked for their help. Although it was Sunday, a service staff checked the car and found out I wrote wrong ID by mixing up E and F. Immediately I could log-in to Monet on my car. He taught me kindly how to operate Monet installed on car in details. The holder for pocket phone was put on the shoulder of front seat by binding it with plastic belt. But you can see the phone clearly from the outside. So I asked him to move it to the other place. He found a good place and installed the holder well. Monet on my Prius can now operate perfectly.

But its response is too slow. The display on Prius‚“ is too small to touch small square on screen with finger. I found it was not finished product yet.

The Sydney Olympic Games were closed this evening. Its closing ceremony and men marathon which took place in afternoon was not so impressive as the opening ceremony or ladies marathon.
